Awesome Tip: The DailyVee Every Parent Needs to Watch | DailyVee 589

Parents and children need to be held much more accountable for their own actions and lives and stop trying to control the people around them. Parents need to stop depriving their kids of the lessons learned from failure, and their kids need to stop accepting everything their parents give them if they want to pursue their own passions. Accountability is the framework of happiness and children need to stand on their own 2 feet to get there.

Emotional intelligence is what lots of parents, including mine, lack.

Learn to stand in your own feet. Because if you will continually depend on other people, you are binding yourself in disappointment!

Hi David, I’m 15 and I want to build and sell gaming computers… how do u recommend I start up this mini build ness and where would I get funding from ?

Epic dadvice Gary! I'd absolutely love to ask you some questions on the Awesome Dad Show about being "perfectly parented". Let's chat brother!

Matt Herbert says:

Love getting to hear your perspective on parenting, Gary – I look forward to more of it

9:00 in the video confuses me man… listen to Dad or not??… damn you Gary

I love your parenting advice!

Todays kids are depressed because guys like Gary vee are gassing them up that if they don’t create the next Facebook, or cure cancer they are failing or missing out. Millennials and gen Zers, listen up, it’s ok to be a plumber, it’s ok to work a 9-5, its ok to aim for a 1500 sqft home with a white picket fence, 1.5 kids and two cars.

Hey Gary! Quick question: What do you mean when you to be more "BINARY" around happiness??

Carlos Leal says:

Gary can I get the messages living in Germany?

I need some advice

This is why #TheAlkebulanTrust have a #Parenting course. It's so unfortunate that so many are not taught or shown properly how to be parents. When it's inevitable that 8 in 10 people will become parents.

Dude you should post more short inspirational content, or informative short pieces of content on YouTube. In addition to what you’re uploading, maybe upload long vids Once a week or twice, the rest of the days fill it up with small videos, they’re easier to watch, and they get addictive, just like David dobriks vids. There’s so much content everywhere, having something short and simple to digest every day feels good, and makes you wonder what the long insightful vid of the week will be, and keeps you coming back

That phone ringing moment really had me thinking my phone was ringing lol

This is awesome advice! I have a 7yr old and 1 yr old and I really came away from this video with insights and optimism as a young mom 🙂

Kathy Beck says:

I’m enjoying these shorter videos. Thanks for putting them out here.

If you dont stand up on you own feet & you are grown up , you'll be sad.

Wow This guy Gary V guy is a shameless gritty motherfucker feeding red meat to millennials who don’t want to work for a living. All this guy is doing is promoting platforms for HIS success NOT YOURS.
Wake up people ! Or should I say kids .

Daily Hustle Energy! Thank you Gary!

222 is blessed Gary Vee! 22 has some power behind it.

Xero Talent says:

Parents stop trying to get us to re-live your lives, you keep on saying i don't want you to go through the same things I went, but if i don't learn from my mistakes i am just going to be a useless potatoe, gary vee is right, i just started a YouTube channel to address these issues, and in a few weeks I will upload a short film directly talking about this situation with parents

Bryan Ferra says:

That phone call part got me good.. I wasn’t even at my phone while this was playing and it caught my attention

If you're not a parent and just came here because Gary's videos are tight then turn this comment like button below blue by sMaShiNg it

this is what I wish all parents would do raising their kids, I would be much better at it if my parents had done the same!

Wyatt Potter says:

Hey Gary I agree with you on this complexity. My parents have been holding me back even form being able to get a license and my Mom want's to be able even choose where I work just because my Mom used to work at a nursing home she had me work at that exact one and I want to be a truck driver and my Mom won't let me so I will move out when I have a license and work on becoming a truck driver and do what I want.

Nate M says:

Thank you for this video. What advice do you have for talking with a 6 or 7 year old like you shared for the 15 year old? Attitude, listening to parents, following directions, etc.

Thanks! Have a great weekend!

Zouma says:

The new little audio que thing is kinda weird I liked the other one better even tho I haven’t seen me act different from your videos to other random videos but idk
